Product Development Engineer - HVAC

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to join our team in Surrey, BC. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative HVAC products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new HVAC product designs that meet customer needs and industry regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technical requirements to ensure our products remain competitive
  • Travel as needed to attend tradeshows, meetings, and industry events
  • Support sales reps and mechanical consultants with HVAC product training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in the commercial/residential HVAC industry in Canada
  • Experience with CAD and Revit files is an asset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, controls, and regulations
