Job Description:

Intercity Packers Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Merchandising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and leading the implementation of go-to-market activities to support sales and marketing strategies. This includes providing regional merchandising strategic direction and leadership for all categories of products in the assigned region.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage key product and merchandising opportunities and issues with Regional VP, Division GMs, and Sales Leadership.* Align Vendor / Broker partner network to direct selling and educational opportunities that support customer interests.* Develop, prioritize, and execute best-in-class partnership strategies that align with company goals.

**Requirements:**
* 5+ years of category management or sales and marketing experience.* Strong analytical skills to analyze industry trends, margin performance, pricing, freight rates, and customer needs.* Proficient leadership abilities to motivate others and influence direction without explicit authority.* Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders and vendors.* Positive attitude, problem-solving mentality, willingness to experiment, and creativity.* Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.* Excellent customer service, mentoring, interpersonal, and communication skills.
