Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Team Lead to support our Management Team in delivering an unparalleled customer experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for day-to-day shift supervision, guest relations, training and development of team members, and reinforcing the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day shifts while working hands-on with the team
- Foster exceptional guest relations
- Develop and train team members to achieve their full potential
- Reinforce the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food safety
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Open or close the restaurant as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of previous supervisory or team leading experience. Additionally, you should possess:

- A thorough understanding of restaurant operational controls and financial statements
- An in-depth knowledge of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
- Experience in training and developing a team

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
