About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team at HOK. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to lead interior design projects and contribute to the growth of our company.

Job Summary

The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing the conceptual design, development, and implementation of interior design projects from start to finish. This includes leading teams, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead interior design projects from concept to completion, including space planning, layout, and material selection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Conduct site visits and communicate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on leadership and project management.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office software.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • LEED AP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Salary

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
