Key Responsibilities

  3. Manage the Warranty Services Representative's calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.">
  4. Communicate effectively with homebuyers, owners, vendors/builders, and their agents to ensure smooth resolution of warranty claims.">
  5. Liaise with internal departments to facilitate seamless coordination of warranty services.">

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.">
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.">
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office.">
