Job Description

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for ensuring that all broker conditions are met prior to closing and for all interactions with the Broker to cooperatively satisfy all conditions within a mortgage commitment.

Key responsibilities include managing files from commitment to closing, contacting brokers to request information, and providing liaison and support for the funding department.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience, as well as one year of mortgage experience.

Competency in MS Office and capacity to learn new technologies/systems are also required.

A passing score in the Broker's Licensing Course (UBC Sauder) would be an asset.


Working Environment and Physical Demands Analysis

This role involves periods of high volume with tight timelines, long periods of stationary position/sitting, and prolonged periods of repetitive movement.

Multi-tasking may include speaking to customers on a telephone call while looking up information on a computer program.
