This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. As a Logistics Operations Coordinator, you will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain work records and logs, including vehicle operator work records and mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, following cross-border regulations and practices.
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including delivering requested wake-up calls.
  • Keep track of shipments and follow up on issues with work orders.
Requirements
