Job Description

Cobs Bread Bakery seeks a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team in the production of high-quality pastries and breads. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals with experience in baking and pastry-making.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and mix dough, batters, and icings according to recipes and customer orders
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Bake and decorate pastries and breads to meet established standards
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and quality control
  • Operate machinery and maintain inventory levels
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in baking and pastry-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Compensation
