**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Designer to join our Halifax office. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality building services designs that meet our company's standards.

  • Design building systems in accordance with municipal or provincial building codes and other applicable standards.
  • Check layouts and services for continuity; developing various mechanical systems layouts in coordination with structural, architectural, and electrical components of a building.
  • Coordinate with project consultants to ensure seamless coordination between disciplines.

**Skills and Qualifications**

  • Degree in mechanical building services/engineering or equivalent experience and abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks Manage, and Dynamo software.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external clients.
