We're seeking a Culinary Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team, responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our meals. In this role, you'll perform activities associated with quality control of meals, ensuring compliance with HACCP and FDA standards.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school diploma or equivalent, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a cold prep area kept at 35 degrees. They must also be authorized to work in Canada, able to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds without assistance, and stand for long periods of time.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols in food production areas
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Collaborating with chefs and other culinary staff to ensure accurate labeling and documentation of food products
  • Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management
