About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our Insurance Brokers team in Mississauga. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for servicing clients within the commercial lines division, leveraging your expertise in the Property and Casualty insurance market to build long-lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage client-facing documentation, including invoices, letters, policy documents, and certificates of insurance.
  • Manage file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of client activity logs.
  • Track and follow up on policy documents to ensure timely receipt.
  • Administer the client renewal process and work closely with Account Executives to service and manage day-to-day activity.
  • Coordinate account services, including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations.
  • Manage the placement of small business accounts and communicate with insurers as required to support the brokering function.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, with knowledge of major markets.
  • RIBO License required.
  • EPIC Experience preferred.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or equivalent (or working towards) an asset.
