Project Manager, IMIT NSP

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering complex projects on time and on budget? We're seeking an experienced project manager to join our team at Plan Group, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project management procedures to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project implementation is executed efficiently and effectively
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and their negative impacts
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure project feasibility and costing
  • Manage relationships with project partners and clients to deliver innovative solutions
  • Manage project delivery resources, including employees and subcontractors
  • Communicate project technical aspects and site activities with stakeholders
  • Interface with consulting engineers to review and provide recommendations on design and reports
  • Adhere to and carry out all safety requirements and guidelines
  • Contribute to technical proposals and coordinate with team members to develop RFQ/RFP submissions
  • Track project performance and report status and escalate as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of related project management experience in the construction industry
  • Familiarity with construction field concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Related post-secondary education; university degree in engineering preferred
  • Salary: $90,000+
  • Knowledge of Accubid software and/or estimating experience is considered an asset
  • Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • PMP designation or equivalent considered an asset
