Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Busperson to join our team at River Rock Casino Resort. As a Busperson, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the Curve area, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and working collaboratively with our food and beverage team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Curve area, including tables, counters, and surrounding areas.
  • Food and Beverage Support: Assist with food and beverage service, including running food, providing guests with additional items, and maintaining a clean and tidy stock area.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
