Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by creating visually appealing displays and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the visual merchandising team to create a cohesive and engaging visual presentation.
  • Ensure all visual merchandising materials and props are in good condition and meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized visual stockroom and ensure all visual materials are properly stored and labeled.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for visual merchandising and display.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in visual retail or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
