Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Gas Bar Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and efficient sales environment, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales and Operations
    • Process fuel and other automotive product sales transactions.
    • Fill gas and diesel tanks in accordance with safety guidelines.
    • Fill propane tanks, where required.
    • Wash windshields at our full-serve locations.
    • Clean and perform maintenance of the property, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operational Skills
    • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a retail environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
    • Adaptable to changing priorities and workload.
