Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Subway (1041956 BC). As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, if necessary.
