Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Assist with minor renovations and upgrades to improve the condition of our properties.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
- Fluency in French is required.
