About the Role

We are seeking a skilled FHIR Implementation Solutions Architect to join our team at TechioSoft. This is a key role in advancing healthcare interoperability and enabling seamless data exchange across diverse platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring FHIR-based solutions to integrate healthcare data seamlessly, mapping healthcare data to FHIR resources, and integrating FHIR APIs into existing healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. FHIR-Based Solutions Development:
  2. Gather and analyze baseline requirements for FHIR-based solutions.
  3. Perform HL7 to FHIR mappings and conversions.
  4. Design and configure FHIR-based solutions to integrate healthcare data seamlessly.
  5. Map healthcare data to FHIR resources and integrate FHIR APIs into existing healthcare systems.
  6. Develop workflows for clinical data sharing that adhere to healthcare data standards.
  7. Standards and Implementation:
  8. Work with FHIR implementation guides and profiling to support solution development.
  9. Leverage knowledge of clinical terminologies such as SNOMED CT, LOINC, and ICD.
  10. Develop and maintain detailed FHIR implementation guides.
  11. Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and regulations.
  12. Stakeholder Engagement and Documentation:
  13. Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and change managers to meet project milestones.
  14. Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, mapping, and analysis.
  15. Produce technical documentation, business cases, RFPs, executive presentations, and stakeholder reports.
  16. Conduct multi-layer data analysis by linking data from multiple health information sources.
  17. Agile Collaboration:
  18. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  19. Contribute to achieving team milestones and maintaining project progress.

Deliverables:

  • Fully developed and rigorously tested FHIR-based solutions.
  • Comprehensive documentation of workflows, processes, and data mappings.
  • Optimized and error-free data-sharing workflows.
  • Detailed stakeholder engagement reports and project presentations.
  • Published and maintained FHIR implementation guides.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
