The Construction and Carpentry Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and renovating residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare layouts in accordance with building codes, utilizing measuring tools
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware in various settings
  • Ensure all work is done in accordance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

  • Varied locations, including residential and commercial properties
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
