Senior Pension Analyst

Job Summary:

This Senior Pension Analyst position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our pension administration systems. As a key member of the Employer Services team, you will perform ongoing quality assessments, defect analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support system and product rollouts.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support QA initiatives. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable you to identify system or process gaps and propose corrective actions. Experience in conducting quality inspections and tests is required, as well as knowledge of pension plan texts, regulations, and system processes.

A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, you will convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL or Power BI is necessary, as well as experience in auditing and testing methodologies.
