Job Title: Construction Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Manager to join our team at Homejoy Development LTD. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including bricklayers, tilesetters, glaziers, painters and decorators, floor covering installers, and drywall installers and finishers.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  • Prepare production and other reports, and coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction management role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and outdoors environment.
