The Role of the Executive Director
The Executive Director plays a critical role in leading our retirement residence, overseeing general management, and delivering an exceptional "More Living" experience to residents. This requires strong operations leadership experience in hospitality, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The Executive Director will lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
* Lead a multidisciplinary team in a unionized environment
* Oversee general management of the retirement residence
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development
