Job Title: Maintenance Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance department at our Domaine Lafontaine residence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general building maintenance and be able to manage a team of maintenance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend committee meetings to discuss maintenance-related issues
- Inspect buildings and coordinate interviews with maintenance staff
- Manage requisitions for maintenance supplies and equipment
- Perform staff assessments to ensure high-quality maintenance services
- Plan, organize, and manage maintenance work, including that of subcontractors
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents
Requirements:
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs
- DEP in general building maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Experience in human resources management an asset
