Stockroom Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Clerk to join our team at Sheng House Furnishings. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory levels, processing orders, and ensuring that our store shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and process incoming stock, including counting, weighing, and sorting items
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update computerized stock inventory
- Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring that products are properly priced and displayed
- Process customer orders, including filling mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and directing customers to products
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
- Operate cash register and process electronic transactions using computer equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
