BeBee Professionals in Welland is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Pastry Craftsman to join its kitchen team. This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts, while maintaining excellent standards.

• Preparation of Baked Goods
• Decorate and present pastries, cakes, and other desserts to showcase culinary skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed to avoid stockouts.

• Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef, with a proven track record of producing high-quality products.
• In-depth knowledge of baking techniques, including yeast management, dough development, and temperature control.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food presentation to differentiate our offerings from competitors.
• Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required, with flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules.
