Teaching Opportunity at Gilmore Elementary School

We are seeking a qualified full-time Early French Immersion primary teacher to join our staff at Gilmore Elementary School. The successful candidate will have current academic and professional preparation, as well as teaching experience at the primary grade levels in the French Immersion programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach French Immersion primary classes
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
  • BC Ministry of Education - Teacher Regulation Branch certification
  • Primary teaching experience in the French Immersion programme
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
