About the Role

We are seeking a talented Technical Lead for our Growth Engineering Division, focusing on building and innovating for Growth healthcare groups. As a leader, you will impact the technical decision-making and architecture of our platform's future, specifically within the Growth domain. You will collaborate with other technical leaders, product people, designers, and engineers to solve complex problems within a fast-growing platform.

Responsibilities
  • Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences.
  • Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions.
  • Help meet company goals while maintaining our application's technical health and security.
  • Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line.
Requirements
  • Experience leading a full-stack software development team.
  • Experience working on high-scale web applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, GraphQL, and Apollo are preferred.
  • Experience with e-commerce at scale, operations, and distribution is considered an asset.
