- Reduced Workload: We offer a reduced workload, with two full-time Registered Nurses providing in-clinic phlebotomy, suture removal, wound care, and billable patient communication.
- Signing Bonus: A $20,000 signing bonus, unique to Comox Medical Clinic, for a 3-year commitment of 4 office days per week (prorated for part-time).
- Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) Benefits: May be eligible for additional remuneration, including a Recruitment Incentive, Relocation Costs Reimbursement, Retention Premium, and Rural CME.
