Senior Internal Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Controller to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of internal control and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks to the company.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Finances to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance and support to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.
- Proven experience in internal control and compliance, with a strong background in SOX regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
