Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and customization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems and applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or HR Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, with a focus on Benefits and Core HR.
  • Proven track record of delivering full-life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a minimum of 5 implementations.
  • Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, ABM, OTL, and/or other HCM Cloud modules is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
