About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team at TYCHO POLY INC. as an Equipment Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical equipment and stationary industrial machinery, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Installation: Assemble mechanical equipment and stationary industrial machinery, following blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions in machinery, and repair or replace defective parts as needed.
  • Fabrication and Construction: Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up, and construct foundations for machinery.
  • Maintenance and Operations: Perform routine maintenance work on machinery, operate machining tools to fabricate parts, and operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, and plan and coordinate work to ensure efficient completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
