About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team at A1 Quality Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel.
  • Install roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions.
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings.
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems.
  • Repair roofing systems.
  • Install sheet metal flashings.
  • Estimate costs and materials.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework and other working platforms.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This role requires working at heights, in noisy environments, and outdoors. You will be working on various locations, including rooftops and construction sites.
