We are seeking a skilled Producer to join our dynamic team at Rogers Sports & Media. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of live and pre-recorded shows, including show development, planning, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement show concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
  • Collaborate with control room and studio crew to ensure seamless show execution.
  • Work closely with vendors, brand spokespersons, show hosts, and directors to deliver engaging and informative content.
  • Monitor sales data and viewer feedback to continually improve and adapt the on-air presentation.
  • Conduct debriefs with hosts, guests, and crew to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree or diploma in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience producing live programming.
  • Fluency in the digital content space with an ability to identify trending stories on social media.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
