Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and prepare and submit reports to management.
- Work Schedules: Establish work schedules and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan.
- Language: English.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 35 hours per week.
