Job Title: Hairstylist Specialist
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstylist Specialist to join our team at First Choice Haircutters. As a Hairstylist Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional haircutting services to our clients, including cutting and trimming hair, shampooing, shaving, and applying bleach, dyes, or rinses to color or style hair.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong attention to detail. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to stand for extended periods.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have a strong understanding of various hair styling techniques, including blow drying, iron waving/curling, and permanents. You should also be familiar with different hair coloring techniques, such as bleaching, dyeing, and streaking/highlights.
