Senior Business Analyst - Data Management Program

Vantix Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the Data Management Program (DMP). The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and clients to elicit and document business and functional requirements for BISC and DMP deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for data, analytics, and quality products.
  2. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and creating status reports.
  3. Facilitate demonstrations of analytics and dashboards and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  4. Support developers and testers in creating and testing products.
  5. Develop training material on new analytics products and train end-users.
  6. Collaborate with the education department to develop self-service training material.
  7. Utilize Microsoft 365 Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  8. Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Apply best practices, methods, and standards for business intelligence, analytics, and visualizations.
  10. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
