Ogundele is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to infants and children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to infants and children, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment in the home, adhering to all necessary health and safety protocols.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Engage in activities that promote social development, emotional well-being, and cognitive growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, health information, and any notable events.
  • Collaborate with parents to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and a high level of organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents and other caregivers.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to travel and work varied hours.
Working Conditions:
  • Non-smoking and scent-free environment.
  • Work in employer's/client's home.
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs) weight handling.
Security and Safety:
  • Vulnerable sector check required.
