Job Summary

Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our rental center business unit. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the business unit, including leading all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve financial and performance goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage fleet maintenance and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment and supplies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • At least 1 year of rental industry experience or 3-4 years of related experience.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record history.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing.
  • Knowledge of P&L and other key financial controls.
  • Experience in construction or industrial markets.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base pay range: $65,000.00 - $138,057.48.
  • Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
  • Generous benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, wellbeing, and a retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
