About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at STE ROSE SHOPEASY. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling: Accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment, and maintain accurate sales records for inventory control.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise, and provide advice on products and services.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stocking shelves, cleaning the counter area, and monitoring entrances and exits.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support newcomers and refugees, assist with settlement needs, and facilitate access to community resources.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in programs that support youth employment, offer on-the-job training, and facilitate access to Elders for guidance.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people, provide cultural competency training, and facilitate access to Elders for support.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week.
