Digital Content Manager

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Manager to join our Global Marketing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that drives engagement, leads, and conversions across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives, working closely with the Director, Growth Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Develop a full-year editorial calendar that supports global marketing campaign goals, organic traffic, and overall brand objectives.
- Collaborate with agency partners, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to create high-quality content that meets our objectives.
- Optimize and repurpose existing content to meet SEO best practices, working with the Growth, Analytics, and Performance teams.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure the impact of content strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Create content that generates leads across various channels and formats, using the appropriate brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to brainstorm topics and establish key messages for B2B industry and technology content.
- Review content performance according to objectives and KPIs established with the Growth Marketing team.
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related discipline, or relevant experience.
- 8+ years of proven work experience in writing, copy editing, and proofreading, creating and adapting B2B digital and print content.
- Portfolio of published work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, full English and French proficiency.
