Job Title: Handyman/Woman

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Construction Jacques 3G Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of our facilities. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as cleaning windows and interior walls.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances.
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or related field.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Dependability, organized, and reliable.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including private residences and retirement homes.
