Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of one or multiple job sites, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate and schedule trades, ensuring they maintain expected quality of work and meet client expectations.
  • Manage material purchases, ensuring compliance with company or government regulations and contracted service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide direction to motivate quality performance and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ensure site safety and security, devising and implementing site policies and procedures.
  • Handle emergencies appropriately according to established procedures and prepare and file accident reports.
  • Process paperwork and travel to multiple sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Procore is an asset.
