About This Role

Giant Tiger is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of store appearance, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Support the sales floor team in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Perform cycle counts and other tasks as required

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs) and perform other physical demands of the role

Work Schedule

A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 40 hours weekly. A typical part-time schedule will be a mix of days, evenings, and weekends, up to 24 hours weekly.
