**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Vice-President to join our team at the Government of Canada - Western. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication plans to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
* Develop marketing and communication plans
* Develop and implement marketing and advertising and sales strategies

**Requirements**

* 5-10 years of experience in a marketing role
* Bachelor's degree
* Strong leadership and communication skills

**Work Setting**

This is a full-time position that requires working at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.
