Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technologist, Process Development Innovator to join our team at Authentix. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing nano and micro-fabrication process steps, operating and maintaining production equipment and systems.

You will work closely with scientists and engineers to develop new fabrication procedures or improve existing process steps. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and attention to detail to drive innovation and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup of systems and equipment on our processing lines
  • Support the installation of new equipment and systems
  • Complete detailed progress reports on the development of new processes and systems
  • Analyze system and process performance and relay recommendations to the team for improvements
  • Identify manufacturing faults and provide troubleshooting recommendations
  • Maintain and update documentation including SOPs, quality assurance, and technical specification documents
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience working in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Experience in large-scale printing, printed electronics, hologram manufacturing, or display manufacturing is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with ISO standards
  • Available to work overtime as required
  • Degree from a recognized program in a technical/engineering field
  • High attention to detail and ability to document processes and procedures
  • Experience with PLC's, and 2D/3D design software programs will be considered an asset
