  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a high level of service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
  • Communication: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and minimizing overtime.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
