As a Heavy Duty Technician at GFL Environmental in Edson, AB, you will have the opportunity to work with our team of skilled professionals who share a common purpose: making our customers and communities Green for Life.

This role involves safely operating, repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining company-owned heavy-duty diesel and alternative fuel trucks and equipment. You will ensure the safe operation of rolling stock to support waste removal and environmental services provided by our drivers.

We are looking for a skilled Heavy Duty Technician to join our team in Edson, AB. This is a great opportunity to advance your career, forge new connections, and make a positive impact every day.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED), possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a diesel mechanic, be computer literate, trainable on software systems, and willing to learn.

Competitive salary $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, benefits including competitive wage, life insurance, and access to diverse career pathways and internal growth opportunities.
