We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Skjodt-Barrett Foods Inc. As the primary liaison between customers, you will drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless communication and successful execution.

The ideal candidate will embody our customer-first culture and deliver presentations drawing on analytics, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for new business development, identifying and developing new customer opportunities within selected markets.

You will manage and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure we meet and exceed their expectations. This includes coordinating with internal teams on all projects and product launches. You will participate in monthly and annual planning and forecasting processes to identify future business growth opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusting, influential relationships with customers. Proficiency in Excel is also required.
