Job Title: Retail Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at INDIAN HEAD ESSO. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily operations, implementing price and credits policies, locating and selecting merchandise for resale, planning budgets, and monitoring revenues and expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Locate and select merchandise for resale to meet customer demand.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in retail sales management.
Working Conditions:
- Permanent work term.
- 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
