Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
